First massage here and surprising good. Massuer Jessie is nice and her massage strength is just nice for me. Done a 60min full body massage. Place is clean and cosy. A cup of ginger tea that you can help yourself after massage.

Used to be a fan of Natureland as my wife and I frequent the outlets at Robertson walk and Holland Village. But we were rather disappointed with the poor service level of the masseurs and staff at Liat Towers which was supposedly their landmark outlet…One masseur was rude in giving instructions and another one was clearly not properly trained and even dozed off in the middle of a foot massage! Although apologies and reassurance of improvement from management was given after my feedback to their official channel, I feel more should be done to understand where the problems really lies instead of simply giving a standard pre-scripted reply.

This place fundamentally needs to revamp their front desk, it's a shame . It's a shame such a beautiful decorated property has such an lousy first impression. The front desk is like a refugee camp registration. Simply long line of queue with no segregation of walk in customer from those who made reservations. There are at least 5 or more staff there but only 2 doing the transaction. The queue can snake quite long. My waiting time is 10mins before my turn, standing in queue and wait. It's quite ridiculous. The property is huge , two floors with around 50 rooms. Wash room are hard to find in the maze like environment. Overall the individual massage room is large enough. Everything is of higher quality. The lounge area is nice enough for DIY refreshment. Nice property other than the chaotic front desk.

Usually go to their Holland Village outlet but decided to give this one a try - no regrets at all! Same lovely ambience and even background music. I had made a reservation and thus everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. The masseur was experienced and gave a great body massage - felt completely relaxed after the massage! This outlet is pretty massive with 2 storeys and many spacious rooms - both single and couples.

First time doing tuina massage and body scrub session, therapist Jasmine was very good and adjust her strength accordingly to your preference which made me feel relaxed and comfortable

I went here without reservation, yet was able to get 2h 5-1 treatment. This was 90min foot massage and 30min head/neck/back massage. While the foot massage was in the chair, for the last 30min I changed to a different chair. If you want a proper massage i.e. lying down, take the "massage" options. But this was still fine with me, as I really needed a massage for my feet. The masseuse was very professional and good. He found quite many stuff points, and I definitely feel more relaxed. Also my headache that has been persisting, is so much better now. I would recommend this place 100%. Also, while not the cheapest place in SG, it's not going to destroy your wallet either 😅

Great ambience and a very new outlet. Accupunture massage was pretty good. Went there on 1st day of CNY and theres a surcharge of additional $10 for each pax. Was given a couple room.
